Portrait Sessions
$ 350
• Two hours
• 5 edited Images
• Images on USB or Digital Download (Additional Images will be made available at a cost of $50 per image)
• Either studio or "on-location"
$50 for each additional hour
(if extensive travel is required we'll discuss additional travel expenses)
50% Deposit due at time of booking via PayPal
What to bring to shoots:
• Whatever you feel confortable in wearing such as dresses, skirts, jeans, denim skirts, long skirts, bikinis, daisy dukes, tank top, blouses, belts, shorts, boots...
• Jewelry, rings, earrings, belly rings, neck collars, chokers, hair clips, hair bands, sunglasses, glasses…anything else you wish to accessorize with
• NOTE: I will also bring props depending on the theme of the shoot. These are just ideas to help you decide what to bring. I do not provide wardrobe unless there is something specific I want you to wear which would be discussed during the planning stages.
Make-up and Hair (MUAH):
• Packages do not include MUAH
• If you need a MUAH artist, one can be provided at your expense
• For all studio shoots, a MUAH station is available for use
Escorts:
• I only allow one escort (male or female). Remember, I need you to be focused, relaxed, comfortable...not distracted. Any distractions by the escort and he/she will be asked to leave the set. I will normally ask for escorts to wait in our waiting area outside the studio room.
• You are held fully responsible for your escort. Remember, we are trying to create a work of art, if either one of us can not focus on the shoot, than we will not be able to create at 100% peak levels.
Model Release:
• Every model is required to sign a Model Release prior to shooting.
• THE ARTIST IS RELEASED OF LIABILITY: For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, the Model releases the Artist and assigns permission to license all images and sound recordings and to use of images and sound recordings in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. The Model agrees that any images and sound recordings may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified.
• THE ARTIST RETAINS ALL RIGHTS: The Model agrees that the Artist has all rights to images and sound recordings, for perpetuity unless explicitly noted in this Agreement. The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Artist is not liable for any further consideration or accounting, and further claims for any reason.
• DURATION OF AGREEMENT: The Model acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is binding on all heirs and assigns. The Model acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of the State of the shoots location, excluding the law of conflicts.
• This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties to this release and the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.
Nudity:
• I will shoot artistic nude and implied nude photos. I will not shoot Erotic or Fetish photos.
Time for Prints (TFP): Please contact me about TFP shoots. From time to time I am open to these.
"Time For Prints" refers to an exchange of services. Literally, the model's time is traded for prints, portfolio, or media such as a CD or DVD with the session photos on it. No money trades hands.
• The model receives no fee; the photographer receives no fee. The photos are high quality and will most likely at a minimum be used as promotional material.
• The model signs a release, specifying the compensation is the media. While the model and photographer may agree to certain kinds of uses, the model does not have unlimited rights to the photographs. Although copyrighted by the photographer, permission is granted to use them for personal purposes and self-promotion, they may not be sold or relicensed by the model.
• When prints are offered, they are not unlimited; anything beyond an agreed upon amount will be the responsibility of the model.
• Models committing to TFP are expected to show, as the photographer has committed time and resources to the shoot.
Book Your Photo Shoot:
• To start the booking process, please use the contact form or email me at trouttphoto@gmail.com and subject the email "Photo Shoot".
• From there, we will start the communication process and planning phase of the photo shoot. We will determine style, location, wardrobe, props, etc. I will work with you throughout the entire planning phase to ensure all your needs are met.
Payment (50% non-refundable) is only due once a date is officially set.
